Internet Drafts are draft documents valid for a maximum of six months. Internet Drafts may be updated, replaced, or obsoleted by other documents at any time. It is not appropriate to use Internet Drafts as reference material or to cite them other than as a " working draft " or " work in progress. Mapping between full RFC 822 and RFC 822 with restricted encoding
Some mail networks which use RFC 822 cannot support the full character set required by all aspects of RFC 822. This document describes a symmetrical mapping between full RFC 822 addressing, and a form for use on these networks. Any addresses within the networks will not use the full RFC 822 addressing, and so any addresses encoded according to this standard will always represent remote addresse...

An e cient IP look-up service is running as the Domain Name System. However, the DNS is very speci c and provides only IP address to domain name mapping and vice versa. Additional information for nodes can hardly be kept with the DNS. A s...

متن کاملThe COSINE and Internet X.500 Schema
This document suggests an X.500 Directory Schema, or Naming Architecture, for use in the COSINE and Internet X.500 pilots. The schema is independent of any specific implementation. As well as indicating support for the standard object classes and attributes, a large number of generally useful object classes and attributes are also defined. An appendix to this document includes a machine process...
